Key Details for Breweries

• We would love to discuss what beers you are offering, we are looking to showcase 2 beers per brewery, a flagship and a seasonal or unique offering

• We are prepared to purchase the equivalent of 1 keg and 1 sixtel of each beer. Half of the beer supply should be alotted for each session. We encourage you to start with the sixtel for the first session. We highly encourage each brewery to bring enough beer for two sessions. If you feel you need to bring more beer, go for it. To summarize, we’re looking for the equivalent of 2 half kegs and 2 sixtels for your two beers.

• Contracted security and Lancaster Police will be present during the event

• Age verification and wrist banding will take place at registration

• Attendees will be provided with a 5oz tasting mug. Samples are meant to be 3oz of beer.

• Because of limited space, we’re asking that you limit brewery staff to 3 people or less

• Please bring a tent, we ask that it be no larger than 10’X10’

• A 6 ft table and two chairs will be provided.

• Queen St. will be closed by unmovable water barriers by 10:30am. You will not be able to drive in or out after that. If you arrive late, you must carry everything from a parking garage (which would suck for you!) so please plan accordingly.
